HiBFF Gives
A simple civic compact: schools receive HiBFF for $1/year, families get an optional practice gym for social skills, and a share of local profits flows back into a mayor-directed community fund.

The Mission
HiBFF ("Hi Brave Friends Forever") is a practice gym for real-world social skills, powered by safe AI partners called AvAs. Teens rehearse conversations, challenges and everyday situations in a private space they control — it's not therapy, not a mental health app, and never a replacement for human relationships.
HiBFF Gives is how we bring that to communities that need it most. For each participating town or city, HiBFF Gives offers:
Every community we partner with appears in our internal HiBFF Gives mission ledger inside the Command Centre, so we always remember that each record represents real schools, real teenagers, and a real mayor.

For Schools
Under HiBFF Gives, schools receive a full, white-label version of HiBFF's schools product for a symbolic $1 per year community licence.
Typical value
HiBFF's schools product is valued at about US$5 per student per month.
For a school with 500 students, that's roughly US$300,000 in licence value over ten years.
Under HiBFF Gives, the town pays $1 per year for that school licence instead.
HiBFF's guided 20-challenge social skills journeys, AvAs, rewards, and progress tracking — for every student.
Principals and counsellors see anonymised engagement, challenge completion, and early-warning signals.
COPPA-aligned for 13–17s, SOC 2 readiness, custom LLM guardrails, and crisis hand-off flows.
How Participation Works
HiBFF Gives is designed to keep roles clear and respectful.
A school administrator clicks one button in HiBFF to send a pre-written invitation email to parents.
Parents choose whether their teenager participates — yes or no.
If they say yes, the teen begins practising with their AvA at home or in free time. HiBFF sends progress updates only to the family.
Schools never see individual conversation logs; they see aggregate engagement and safety metrics.
HiBFF is not a mental-health or medical app. We explicitly filter out clinical and diagnostic language between teens and AvAs. When serious risk patterns appear, we gently signpost teens toward human help (for example, Samaritans text services), rather than trying to provide treatment ourselves.
The 45% Compact
45%
of local net profits
to a mayor-directed
community fund
Once HiBFF becomes profitable in a HiBFF Gives community, we allocate 45% of HiBFF's local net profits from parent subscriptions each year to a fund directed by the Mayor's office.
That fund can be used for:
Direct support to families in need
Youth programmes and after-school activities
Community projects chosen by the mayor and local leaders
Mission Ledger · Command Centre
For each HiBFF Gives community, our internal ledger tracks:
Communities gifted
Schools active
Teens with access
Total gift value
Annual fund contributions
Visible to civic leaders and investors alike.
Illustrative Scenarios (Not Guarantees)
The examples below show how HiBFF Gives could translate into annual community funds at different levels of local parent adoption. They are illustrative scenarios, not guarantees.
Assumption: discounted parent plan at US$16/month.
| Families on HiBFF | Parent plan | Monthly revenue | Annual revenue | 45% to community fund |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 families | US$16/mo | US$16,000 | US$192,000 | US$86,400 / year |
| 2,500 families | US$16/mo | US$40,000 | US$480,000 | US$216,000 / year |
| 5,000 families | US$16/mo | US$80,000 | US$960,000 | US$432,000 / year |
"If around 2,500 families in our city chose the discounted HiBFF plan at US$16/month, that alone could create roughly US$216,000 every year for a mayor-directed community fund — on top of the $1-per-year licence and the free-for-life value to our schools."

Programme Note
HiBFF Gives is designed to share a portion of HiBFF's local net profits with participating communities in addition to a $1 per year schools licence. The dollar amounts and scenarios on this page are based on assumed subscription numbers and pricing and are provided for illustration only. They are not promises or guarantees of any particular revenue, contribution or outcome. Actual contributions to any mayor-directed community fund will depend on local subscription uptake, discounts, operating costs and other business conditions determined by HiBFF. HiBFF may refine the HiBFF Gives programme over time; any changes for a community will always be communicated in writing and will apply prospectively.
